I’ve now decided to kickstart my next entrepreneurial adventure, which I’m setting up while continuing to serve my Red Loom clients. It combines different elements I love, including my arguably excessive love of great food with a dedication to creating a "better normal" through environmental sustainability.
If there’s one thing the last few months have taught us, it’s to make the most of the time we have and maximise all positive experiences in life. This applies not only to meeting up with friends when we can, connecting with family at every chance, but also creating business opportunities we feel strongly about.
A combination of luck, timing and some level of strategic thinking has enabled me to be passionate about everything I’ve pursued in my career, all the roles I’ve been entrusted with over the past 24 years. Building successful teams, setting and achieving challenging business goals, working alongside brilliant leaders… My current role as owner of Red Loom – focused on helping my clients with their own goals and expectations - has given me yet another level of satisfaction in my professional life, while affording me the flexibility to dedicate more quality time to my family.
Well, I certainly didn’t expect to spend THAT much time with my family – a feeling I’m sure is shared amongst many. Definitely a blessing, as well as a challenge of course, but over the past few months, I’ve had more time than ever to ponder about other true passions I’d like to pursue (while attempting to homeschool my 5-year old boy)! And so I’ve now decided to kickstart my next entrepreneurial adventure, which I’m setting up while continuing to serve my Red Loom clients. It combines different elements I love, including my arguably excessive love of great food with a dedication to creating a "better normal" through environmental sustainability.
But more on this new endeavour soon… In parallel I'm still available to deliver marketing and CX consultancy so please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any resource gaps, especially as your business continues to adapt to ever-changing conditions.
Until we meet again, hopefully face to face for a nice cuppa (or something stronger!), I wish you the best of luck with your own objectives and passions.
