It was with great delight and much anticipation that I joined Red Loom a few weeks ago! Along with over 20 years of experience in Marketing, I also bring a decade spent in the customer experience arena. Luck, and some key choices along the way, have led me to combine these two disciplines, in my case these two passions of mine.
And they've now led me to this new chapter in my career. Having recently moved on from a position of Vice President of Marketing for a supplier in customer feedback solutions, I have now decided to offer my skills as Strategic Marketing and Customer Experience Consultant for Red Loom, as well as being Joint Managing Director for the company.
Leaving my previous position at Confirmit required an enormous amount of consideration. I loved the work, my team, my wonderful colleagues across the globe! It enabled me to continue to hone my skills in customer experience while leading key marketing functions around strategy, content and product marketing, PR. lead generation and business development, events, and much more.
Working closely with sales leaders, product management, finance and other critical business functions, with the many challenges but great rewards this brings, has always been key to my achievements. Marketing or for that matter Customer Experience built in an ivory tower is destined for failure, particularly in the long term.
I look forward to fostering the same spirit of collaboration with my clients, to help them achieve their goals and strengthen the fabric of their business, as that is the goal of Red Loom!
